We are seeking an Account Executive to assist our service team.

• Point for all client matters associated with Coverage, Risk Management, Coverage Interpretations and relationship management
• Develop a high level of trust with client decision makers
• Directly responsible for retention and growth of all Tier 1 accounts in book of business
• Maintain lead on Tier 1 accounts in the book with involvement of Director of Client Services
• Facilitator and presenter of all client, carrier and intermediary meetings
• Responsible for final work product on presentations
• Accountable for keeping Management apprised of all significant events impacting client coverage, relationship and retention
• Expected to exemplify leadership, assertiveness, problem solving and decision making skills
• Responsible for managing the performance, mentoring and education of the assigned team to include disciplinary action and recruitment of new staff with the leadership of the Director of Client Services

Job Requirements:

• 4 Year College Degree
• 8-10 Years' Experience with property & casualty, workers compensation, auto and general liability, professional liability, management liability, cyber liability, construction risk insurance and excess and surplus lines insurance
• 2-4 Years' people management experience
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly demanding entrepreneurial environment
• Possess flexibility to travel for in-person client meetings as may be required
• Ability to be physically present at assigned office on an as needed basis
