The Sales System Consultant is a full time temporary role with a duration of around 3-6 months. In addition, this position is fully remote.
Responsibilities
- Be the "Expert User" of the existing sales/workflow system - being able to use the system just as the full-time sales team does
- Be able to help guide, train, and communicate the most efficient ways to use the system to aid the sales team
- Participate in business process discussion and solution road-mapping with customers and prospects
- Make creative product and solution recommendations to satisfy the customer and prospect's business and technical objectives
- Presenting and working closely with Sales Directors
- Act as business owner of sales/service system
- Lead the contribution to prospect data acquisition, list creations, campaigning, and mining process
- Understand the cold calling model; as well as the submission, quote, bind process working with insurance carrier/marketing team
- Serve as bridge between Sales and IT
Required Experience
- 5+ CRM experience
- Insurance related experience required
- 3+ years of experience in Sales related role
- Business acumen with strong verbal and written skills
- BA/BS equivalent
- MS Dynamics, Salesforce, or other commercial sales system experience required
