JOB SUMMARY
The Recruiting Associate is responsible for attracting sales candidates who exemplify our Core Values all the while providing exemplary levels of customer service.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Actively source candidates utilizing recruitment tools such as LinkedIN Recruiter, Handshake, and Rapid Recruit.
- Proactively and creatively recruit active and passive candidates and manage a network of potential candidates in anticipation of future job openings and demand.
- Consistently communicate, consult and collaborate with all stakeholders and candidates.
- Continually keep current and help drive adoption of emerging best practices for diversity focused early in career hiring.
- Submit all potential candidates to our 3rd party vendor to complete the required behavioral assessment.
- Assist with various duties during the offer process
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 2 years' of recruiting experience, preferably in insurance
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience utilizing an ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter and Handshake
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong Excel skills
- Self-motivated
- Exceptional customer service skills
