  • Work to retain accounts through excellent customer service, proactive renewal process, negotiating with underwriters, and utilizing internal resources.
  • Responsible for the renewal process and managing a full book of business in accordance with our renewal timeline. Be aware of the service being provided by other servicing departments and address deficiencies to help ensure customer satisfaction from the Prestige Team. Leave no stone unturned - use all resources.
  • Communicates with clients written and verbally.
  • Manage day to day servicing to our clients, including issuing certificates, auto id cards, processing endorsement requests, policy checking, billing issues, and invoicing. Anticipate and proactively handle situations with renewal pricing, mid-term endorsements, billing, service, etc. to enhance our service and relationship with the client. Handles billing and mailings pertaining assigned accounts.
  • Responsible for learning, understanding and adhering to our internal timelines, protocols and workflows.
  • Continuous, clear, and professional verbal and written communication is necessary with Clients, Carriers, and internal team members.
  • Confidently and accurately answer client situational questions with respect to insurance coverage and advise about uncovered exposures as applicable.


  • High School Diploma Required
  • 2-5 years of experience with personal lines account management
  • Current P&C Agent License required
  • Prior experience working within Epic or another Agency Management System, preferred.
  • Knowledge of how insurance policies and coverages work
  • Passionately finds ways over, around or through barriers to success. Achieves results despite lack of resources. Goes beyond the call of duty. Shows bias for action. A results-oriented "doer".
  • Highly comfortable with using various types of computer technology in a face-paced environment, including Excel.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
