Lamb is looking for a Senior Project Manager, responsible for a number of projects in the sales, marketing and data analytics areas of the business.  With a focus on Sales Enablement and company growth, this highly visible role will interact with all aspects of the business and requires a broad skillset.  The successful candidate will have a high comfort level with prioritizing multiple projects while appropriately managing their time. Additionally, the ideal candidate will be a "doer", and not a delegator.  The ability to lead projects and teams in a fast-paced environment, while still being a significant contributor to the output is an absolute necessity.



  • Lead a series of cross-functional projects in the areas of sales, marketing, and data analytics.
  • Develop and implement project plans within the identified financial and resource guidelines.
  • Leverage a broad business background to identify opportunities for organizational improvements.
  • Be a visible focal point for the organization, regularly presenting progress and results to all levels of Lamb personnel.
  • Drive increased sales efficiency and productivity through various activities, including sales motivation programs, event coordination, analysis of sales activities, etc.
  • Partner with our IT organization to ensure proper coordination, ensuring inclusion in, and influence of prioritization of key projects.



  • Proven work experience as a project manager
  • Strong business acumen acquired through experience, enabling oversight of a broad array of projects and programs
  • Experience working in a sales environment, including the ability understand and analyze sales performance metrics
  • Proven leadership skills in order to influence non direct-reports across the organization to progress projects as needed
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Advanced Excel and Powerpoint skills
  • Comfort level with technology (SFA, databases, etc.)
  • Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • Ability to work in a self-motivated, fast-paced environment, managing and prioritizing your time to ensure deliverables are met
  • Availability to travel as needed between offices
  • Insurance background, from either a carrier or broker perspective
