Responsibilities:
- Leading nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements. Using the SMS correctly / Making sure we have what we need in the SMS
- Prepare sales forecasts
- Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
- Liaise with Marketing Departments to ensure brand consistency
- Ensure effective hiring, orientation, training, development and retention of sales staff. Identify new producer candidates, integrate them into our system and process
- Provide leadership through effective communication of vision, active coaching and development while comparing sales results to goals and taking appropriate action to correct when necessary.
- Grow our sales force and revenue by 400% over 5 years.
Requirements/Qualification:
- Proven work experience as a National sales manager
- Experience managing a high performance sales team
- Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- An ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics
- Strong communication and team management skills
- Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Availability to travel as needed
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
