Job Responsibilities:

The Client Service Manager will Lead, manage, train and hold accountable a team of Account Managers and their staff.

The ideal candidate will create and implement new, more efficient workflows with the intent of elevating the customer service experience.

Must understand Problem-solving on a variety of issues, internal and client-related.

Perform audits of team members' work in accordance to our workflows and maintain data integrity in our Agency Management System.

Evaluate, train and motivate employees to insure their performance meets or exceeds the company's expectations.

Meet and/or exceed expected client retention goals.

Lead and manage a team to successfully and profitably provide outstanding service to an assigned group of client accounts

You will be Responsible for a book of business focused on retention and driving the sale of additional services and lines of coverage

Must have the ability to Lead and manage a team to build and energize relationships with existing clients by providing ongoing customer care

Takes a leadership role in the renewal process, ensuring that the best possible solution is delivered to the client in a high-quality and timely manner.

Works within a team environment to strategize on the marketing of renewal business


Leadership Role:

Lead by example & establish clear expectations; set direction and priorities; ensure work levels are balanced across the team; resolve internal staff issues in a timely manner; keep team informed of all appropriate information; delegate to or seek assistance from appropriate levels;


Facilitate professional development by providing opportunities, support and timely feedback on work product that includes regular coaching and recognition of staff performance and accomplishments;


Adhere to company standards and protocols; seek opportunities to increase departmental efficiencies and reduce expenses by streamlining functional tasks and activities.


Job Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

Minimum 8 - 10 years of experience as a Property & Casualty Broker

Minimum of 3 - 5 years' experience in leadership position.

Strong written & interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with diverse audiences at varying degrees of expertise.

Current P&C Producer License

Strong Experience with workers compensation, general liability, auto liability, professional liability, Umbrella, property, crime, Management Liability, Cyber Liability insurance coverages, Property, Builders Risk/Owners Interest, including Surplus Lines/Non-Admitted insurance.

Strong leader who is interested in developing a team.

Strong decision-maker and problem-solver.

Ability to multi-task and still deliver on deadlines.

Strong/professional client-facing presence

Passionate about customer service and meeting the needs of our clients.

High sense of urgency with the ability to handle pressure in a calm manner.

Ability to negotiate.

Adapts to new technology quickly.  Strong working in Excel at an intermediate level.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
