Producers are responsible for production goal and direct selling of P&C insurance to new and existing clients. Focuses on originating new client relationships and/or on expanding and retaining existing relationships.

Responsibilities also include direct selling of P&C insurance to new and existing clients, within social services.

May operate outside of their primary client segment, territory and/or business line.

Works to prospect the opportunity to sell P&C products/services to current and potential clients in the marketplace.

Networking and referrals are a priority. Build and maintain prospect sources for the development of new business; identify opportunities

Lead consulting efforts with Client to identify needs; works with the Account Executive to negotiate opportunities with product partners and identify the best deal for the Client

May research policies from Insurers; conducts peer review of deals, if appropriate.

Collaborate with marketing professionals to recommend appropriate quotes

Maintain expertise of new products and trends in the insurance market. Focuses on larger and more complex programs. May independently conduct due diligence reviews.

Partner with Account Managers to Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with our customers' needs

Continuously work to optimize all processes proactively identify problematic areas, and competitive product development insight.

Minimum Qualifications:

Associate's degree and minimum two years sales experience or in lieu of degree combined four years higher education and sales experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

Proven insurance sales experience, P&C Brokers license.

Ability to adapt to and utilize software tools and technology.
